Customer Service/Call Center Representative

PrideStaff is seeking individual with experience in Customer service and call centers to fill roles for an established company in the Cornelius area.


  • Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Bilingual Engilsh/Spanish a plus
  • Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
