We are seeking energetic professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast-paced agency sales department. As an insurance professional you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. Our position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Prospect for new business by following up on sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
