1. The Community Sales Manager has the responsibility of developing prospects and converting
them to customers.
2. Managing the day-to-day activities in their community and model home
3. Supervising the Sales Assistant
4. Make certain assigned models are regularly open and staffed during published open hours
5. The Community Sales Manager must be flexible with hours prior to 10:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
in order to accommodate customers and managers schedules.
5. Weekends are required to work.
6. Ensure an adequate and complete supply of point-of-sale material is available
7. Reports are accurate and submitted timely
