The Business Development Executive is responsible for new business growth within the Northeast region. This position serves as a professional expert to help our clients build their business by providing solutions to their business needs. Job Description:


  • Drive new business in existing markets; expand existing relationships and reactivate dormant accounts
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information via email
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Identify needs for staffing and payrolling and provide solutions to boost client revenue growth

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 plus years of sales experience
  • Previous experience making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a CRM software tool
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
