What we are looking for in our next Retail Assistant Manager

Our Management Training Program is designed for people that are interested in starting their careers at the bottom and working their way to the top. We pride ourselves on the fact we promote internally so all of our Retail Assistant Managers and Managers have started where you will start! If you want to be in a managerial position within the next 6-9 months – this is the role for you!

We can provide the opportunity for students, graduates, career changers and people who have faced redundancies as a result of the on-going pandemic to get a fresh start in the retail business world! Our program builds and develops people from the ground up, and all advancement is based on results and merit, not previous accomplishments or office politics!

We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our clients’ products and services to their potential customers. We also provide ongoing guidance and advice for those looking to grow both personally and professionally.

Retail Assistant Manager - Day to Day Responsibilities:

Everyone has to start somewhere! Initially, you will start with the basics by learning and carrying out the following:

  • Enhance our Clients Brand Awareness

  • Increase our Clients Market Share

  • Acquire New Customers

  • Add a Personal Touch

Retail Assistant Manager - Progression Based Opportunities

As you develop within the company and find your niche, additional responsibilities will become available. Such as:

  • Learning how to interview prospective candidates

  • Team Management

  • Public Speaking

  • Running Management meetings and training sessions

  • Organizing business trips

  • Organizing events

  • Preparing for | Organizing business conferences

This is a varied role and a great opportunity for you to lay the first BRICK in the foundation of your new career!

Most of our current Retail Assistant Managers have had a background, degree or interest in:

  • Business/ Communications/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship/Retail

  • Sport/ Fitness / Leisure/ Athletic Coaching / PT

  • Teamwork / Leadership/ Business Coaching / Management

*Do not worry if you do not have any of the above as full training is provided. As long as you can come to us with an award-winning work ethic, the rest we can train – FACT*

Retail Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • No specific degree or qualifications are required, but they can influence the rate of your development

  • Similarly, business-related experience is not required, but it can be very beneficial in determining the rate of your development

  • You'll need to be 18+ years of age since you’ll be working independently and signing contracts on behalf of our clients

  • You’ll need to be able to commute to our office located in downtown Atlanta

Keeping safe during Covid-19

We will ensure that your working environment is as safe as possible through regular sanitizing of workstations, the provision of PPE where necessary, hand sanitizing stations and temperature checks.
