The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the Team. 

As a customer first organization, we view customer satisfaction as a top priority. The Customer Service Reps core task is to coordinate the resolution/repair of quality related, trade damaged or warrantable items called out by our customers in a timely manner.

Please see below for a detailed task lit for this position:

v  Develop daily schedule for the Repair Technician Team, ensuring we maximize efficiency with routing and volume

v  Manage heavy customer phone, voicemail and email volume daily

v  Ensure you meet all company expectations in regards to responding to all customer concerns in a timely manner

v  Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all of our customers, especially the Customer Service Team members

v  Take ownership of the process of post install remake work

v  Provide estimates for customers when required

v  Be the subject matter expert when it comes to both customer expectations and industry standards within the natural and engineered stone, fabrication and installation industry

v  Analyze and determine the most efficient and cost effective way to repair issues to meet or exceed customers’ expectations as well as industry standards

v  Manage customer repair/warranty requests to ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner

v  Have the ability to speak to and set clear expectations for repair work timelines and results

v  Stay in constant contact with all parties involved with repair schedules

v  Ensure customer is satisfied with repair/warranty work and ultimately signs-off on all work completed in the lot/home

v  Be the go to resource for the Repair Technician Team throughout the day

v  Any additional responsibilities Senior Management deems necessary

Monday through Friday from 6-2 or 7 to 3 with possible OT  Must be comfortable answering phones and providing great customer service; manage heavy customer phone, voicemail and email volume daily

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
