About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for an  Office Coordinator to start at a company located in Medley, FL.

Qualifications: 

  • Answer phones
  • Greet and sign in visitors
  • Assign meeting rooms to employees
  • Stamp postage on outgoing mail
  • Send USPS packages
  • Assist HR department in daily tasks
  • Send temp timesheets every Monday to agencies
  • Send rework temp hours to Silvia/Johanna for allocations
  • Update temp timesheet data on report
  • Assist with temp agency invoices
  • Scheduled temps to come in (as needed)
  • Schedule interview prescreens for Gisselle and Daili
  • Order lunch for Josie/ Gisselle
  • Order catering for Mondays and Fridays
  • Keep track of birthdays and anniversaries (blow up balloons, give gifts personally etc.)
  • Purchase birthday/ anniversary gifts
  • Create company announcement flyers
  • Create and send birthday & anniversary announcement at beginning of each month
  • Create email signatures for new employees
  • Create promotional emails for employees
  • Keep corporate directory up to date
  • Plan birthday celebration every 3rd Friday of each month
  • Order lunch for meetings/visitors (as needed)
  • Store visitor packages until their arrival (In HR filing room)
  • Fill in for shipping clerk (as needed)
  • Help out other departments as needed (I.e. accounting with P.O. organizing, DC with return shipments, USPS returns / products to customers, help Intratec when customers arrive to pick up corporate run shirts)
  • Order miscellaneous supplies for HR
  • Distribute incoming mail to employees daily
  • Assist with HR filing (when needed)
  • Assist Daili with Head sweats documents
  • Process Head sweats Payroll
  • Order equipment or services when needed (I.e. Security Guard, Tyco, Lifts)
  • Keep a detailed budget spreadsheet for all benefits throughout the year
  • Send Josie and Ricardo’s expense receipts weekly to Claudia
  • Assist with travel arrangements (when needed)
  • Send out condolence gifts
  • Help with corporate functions (End of year, health fair, thanksgiving, sample sale, etc.)
  • Help design Christmas ornaments and ship them out to our other offices

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Medley, FL
