Currently we are looking for shift care LVNs to provide care to our pediatric or adult patients in Los Angeles County and Orange County. As a LVN with Oxford you will utilize skills that will add a wide range of experience. Skill set includes all or some experience in: g-tube, g/j-tube, trach, O2, wound care, vent, seizure disorder, etc. We stand by our mission statement and strive to provide "the best of care in the comfort of their home." Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
  • Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 /hour

Requirements:

  • 1 year paid clinical experience as a licensed nurse (preferred)
  • Current CA LVN license
  • Current CPR card
