Job Duties:

Job Duty 1 – Develop test mask designs used for modeling based on given level design rules and expectations for level performance

Job Duty 2 – Develop sample plans based on design layer needs and drive through measurement in fab environment

Job Duty 3 – Clean measurement data and develop OPC models using data

Job Duty 4 – Develop OPC KWs using models and wafer data to hit fab targets

Job Duty 5 – Work closely with other OPC engineers and patterning and process development engineers to understand needs and develop test mask / model / OPC flow to support

Job Duty 6 – Debug and solve problems in a team environment

Basic Skills, clearances and other elements required, in order of importance, and number of years’ experience, where applicable, in each skill:

Strong experience using VLSI EDA tools Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys ICVWB or similar layout design tool, at least 3 years.

Strong experience with coding in industry standard OPC software, at least 3 years.

Strong experience using industry standard EDA tools for layout design , at least 3 years.

Strong understanding of physical layout, technology ground rules, and semiconductor processing.

Strong understanding of OPC modeling and KW development principles and applications, at least 3 years

Knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Ability to debug errors and solve problems.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Other Skills Desired, Years in each skill, where applicable:

Preferred: Experience with advanced sub-micron semiconductor technology nodes.

Preferred: Experience with python and .tcl coding
