Skills

• 10 – 15 years of experience as a PM engaging business stakeholders, IT Teams and other related departments.  
• Experience working on HR or Legal or Commercial based projects (experience in any one of these areas is good) 
• Excellent leadership, project management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, create sustainable workflow(s), self-starter, shows initiative, ability to quickly reprioritize as needs of department changes.
• Must be detail oriented, motivated, resourceful, who can solve problems, a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to ask questions - opinionated and not afraid to speak up. Soft skills are the most important attribute. The candidates cannot lack confidence.     
• Strong ability to "connect the dots " and understand cause and effect  
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
• Pharma/BioTech industry is good to have, not a must
