Job Title:- Research associate
Duration: (39 Weeks)

Job Description: We are looking for a research associate to perform antibody discovery using phage display technology as part of a team validating new therapeutic targets. Responsibilities include development of screening assays such as ELISA or flow cytometry; conducting antibody phage display selections and screens; and cloning antibody genes.
1-3 years of experience with basic molecular biology techniques required. Previous experience with phage display and laboratory automation highly preferred.
Responsibilities will include presentation of data at team meetings, so the candidate will be expected to have excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills:We are looking for candidates with good organizational skills and high attention to detail. This will be very important when dealing with characterization of hundreds of unique antibodies across multiple programs.

Antibody screening techniques including phage display and ELISA; prior experience handling E. coli cultures for DNA cloning or protein expression. Experience with laboratory automation and mammalian tissue culture a plus.
