Production Assembly Associate – Manufacturing Assembler


Job Responsibilities:

As a Production Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for assembling products to specifications using hand and power tools. You will also ensure the consistent quality of your work while also observing all safety regulations.

We have opportunities in all shifts with pay rates ranging from $9-$11 per hour depending on shift and experience.  You will also have the ability to earn attendance, merit, and production bonuses every 30 days.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Assembling, operating, and disassembling products and equipment
  • Performing all work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Inspecting the quality of parts with micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
  • Reading blueprints
  • Loading and unloading items
  • Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipping
  • Ensuring that all production goals are consistently met


Production Assembly Associate – Manufacturing Assembler
As a Production Assembly Associate, you must display strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred   
  • Previous production/manufacturing experience (machine and general assembly)
  • 6 months consecutive employment with previous employer
  • Ability to use tape measure along with hand and air tools
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Excellent dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment        
  • Availability to work overtime
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Abiity to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
