CSS is working with a Financial Services Provider in need of an attorney with extensive consumer lending experience for a long-term contract assignment. This individual will provide support to one or more lawyers on the Consumer Lending legal team, research and analyze discreet legal questions, may be leveraged to participate in projects involving legal analysis, and may interface with others throughout the Bank and legal organization.
JD from an accredited university
Member and in good standing of the bar in at least one state or territory
8+ years of knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations applicable to Banking/Financial Services and Consumer Lending
10+ years of strong legal and analytical skills
10+ years of effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, etc.)
