As a paid Intern working with our firm you will learn the intricacies of locating and attracting talent as well as learning step by step what is required to be successful in a professional search firm. Whether you are interested in Corporate Recruiting or working with a Professional search firm this Internship will provide you the experience to be successful in both.
What will you be doing:
Working with a Senior Associate who will mentor you in the steps to becoming successful
in TA Business Development
Learning how to communicate the value of Westport One’s service to Executives
Contacting company Executives, in an assigned industry, and discussing openings within their firms
Learning how to properly follow the steps in the placement process to a successful hire
By mastering these steps, you could become a six-figure earner and be on a fast track to management.
