JOB TITLE: Senior Recruiter (Banking) LOCATION: New York City Education Bachelors' degree preferred. Graduate degree and/or continuing education in Human Resources disciplines preferred. Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to negotiate effectively, conflict resolution, able to lead or contribute to internal and cross-department projects and effective meeting facilitation skills. Working knowledge of one or more HRIS systems including an applicant tracking system. Candidate sourcing utilizing online resources required. Experience - 5+ yrs Recruitment experience with specific expertise in talent acquisition and management within an organization. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment required. Requirements * Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for positions at all levels of employment. * Partner with management to communicate and help develop programs to attract, motivate, develop and retain productive employees. * Help identify trends that may affect the Bank's human resources in the long term to ensure that management is prepared to proactively and strategically manage change in order to maintain competitive advantage for the future. * Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for positions at all levels of employment. * Manage automated recruiting solution. * Manage all background screening processes. * Partner with the D&I Business Outreach Partner to effectively build the Bank's diverse pool of candidates. * Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to employment. * Assist senior management in determining that the Bank's employee skill sets are in alignment with its business plans and strategic initiatives. * Use, negotiation, and relationship skills to help managers manage the Bank's diverse population. * Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies relating to employment, career development, and employee benefits in support of the effective management their human capital. * Help ensure execution of Diversity & Inclusion Employment Program and Bank's commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. * Basic understanding of Bank's disciplinary process in order to help Counsel employees on disciplinary actions (disputes with coworkers, managers, subordinates or Bank management, and performance problems * Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation of employment policies relating to employee relations, training, human resources policies, retention, employee relations, diversity awareness, employee development and equal employment opportunity in support of the effective management in their human capital.

  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
