We are eagerly seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and charismatic (Automotive) Account Executive to telecommute in the LA Metro/Southern, CA area.  Among the many opportunities in this role, our Account Executive is responsible for:

  • ·         Developing new business and increasing gross margin profitability
  • ·         Analyze competitive activity within the territory and know the strengths and areas of opportunity of our competition to assist in the sales process
  • ·         Interact regularly with recruiting staff to ensure accurate and complete communications with clients
  • ·         Regularly visit existing clients for the purpose of developing the account to increase business, ensure safety of temporary talent, and verify that they are performing tasks within the appropriate job description

Creating opportunities for our valued talent begins with our skilled Account Executive’s understanding what makes each client and candidate unique.  This is accomplished by working with and listening to the client team and by conducting thorough interviews and skill evaluations with our candidates.  Using this knowledge, our Account Executives and local team members are able to provide tailored workforce solutions.  This is Hire Thinking®.

Job Requirements

Our goal is to deliver quality professional services to our clients while earning confidence through the proper assignment of people.  This alignment of people and companies allows us to create opportunity.  To do so we hire the best Account Executives whose experience includes:

  • ·         Automotive industry and/or Staffing industry sales experience (highly preferred)
  • ·         B2B sales – must be a HUNTER
  • ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ·         Must have solid work history – longevity in previous roles is important
  • ·         Willingness to travel when necessary to attend sales meetings and training classes
  • ·         Social Media savvy
  • ·         Clean driving record
