The selected candidate will plan, develop and be responsible for all phases of Project Development and Management, including but not limited to scope development, contract negotiations, cost control, staff management, quality control and cash flow management, tracking, and other Ad-Hoc duties. The individual will actively manage our client budgets, schedules, and overall programs, including being the point of contact for all communications and documentation. Additionally, this person will represent Naik at various industry and networking events in the effort to enhance our market brand. The position will be located in the Philadelphia office.
The successful candidate will also work in conjunction with our Marketing and Project Delivery Teams and will have wide latitude to identify key hires that will help position Naik for potential business opportunities, propose teaming arrangements to expand our Professional Practice, and act as Naik’s Client Service Leader (CSL) for SEPTA and other PA transportation agencies. They will also have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and nurture established business relationships for our Philadelphia Office.
