Wellness Healthcare Solutions Inc. is a healthcare company that support people with Intellectual Disabilities is currently seeking contractor to provide Behavior Support to individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. The LPC or BCBA will provide specialized interventions that assist an individual to increase adaptive behaviors to replace or modify maladaptive or socially unacceptable behaviors that prevent or interfere with the individual’s inclusion in home and family life of community within our companies Home Community Based Services and Texas Home Living Programs.

Essential Functions

  • Conducts behavioral assessments
  • Provide “hands-on” assistance to consumer, conducts and documents staff training on how to implement the behavioral management plans, including techniques, required documentation, behavior guidelines etc.
  • Document treatment notes for each behavior session with consumer, caregiver or staff per HHSC requirement.
  • Reviews and revises behavior support plans as indicated by the individual’s progress and needs and with the treatment team’s recommendations.
  • Supports and encourages consumer to increase his/her ability to problem solve, be in control of life situations, and to be as independent as possible.
  • Provide crisis management services as necessary.
  • Flexible schedule.


  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. LPC in the State of Texas.
  • Analytical skills, professional acumen, business ethics, thorough understanding of continuous improvement processes, problem solving, respect for confidentiality, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven work experience with the Intellectual Developmental Disabled population.
  • Some experience designing individualized behavior intervention and support plans, using functional behavior assessment tools.
  • Design effective behavior plans for gathering information through appropriate methods.
  • A valid driving driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Salary is mid $50's
