Concero Resources is actively seeking Administrative Customer Service Representatives for our client in Hilliard.
This is an immediate 4 to 6+ month opportunity that has the likelihood to convert to direct-employment upon demonstrated success.
Customer Service Summary
Responsible for providing customer service and administrative claim processing of lower-level employee absence requests (i.e. FMLA, COVID, Short-Term Disability) within a dedicated claims team.

Administrative Customer Service Responsibilities Include:
Make general determinations on non-complex disability / employee absence / FMLA / COVID claims or makes a recommendation to team lead based on the disability plan criteria.
Responsible for administrative claims processing, handling claimant phone calls, and distributing correspondence to ensure claim files are properly documented; meet quality and production goals; and provide professional customer service and support.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong typing and computer skills with various business applications including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated passion for providing superior customer service and support to individuals experiencing challenging personal circumstances.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and production driven work environment.
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Benefits: Unavailable during assignment though available immediately if converted to direct employment
Anticipated Contract Duration: 4 to 6+ months with potential to transition to direct employment upon demonstrated success
Hours: Monday - Friday / Traditional Business Hours
COVID Policy: Health and safety best practices are being utilized. Masks are required when an employee is outside their cubicle. Daily symptom checks will be preformed.
