Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia, PA.
Earn $13.00 to $15.30 per hour at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidate must be available between these hours, Monday through Friday.
Provide call center customer service
Handle all inbound calls
Speak to members and answer questions regarding claims and benefits
Take payments over the phone
High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Call center experience is preferred
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Medical, claims and billing experience is preferred
Must be service oriented with strong customer focus
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - able to use proper grammer, professional language and be able to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
Must have strong problem solving skills
Working Knowledge of customer service methods and practices
Must have basic understanding of medical terminology and working knowledge of retiree health care products, Medicare products and CMS guidelines
