Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia, PA.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidate must be available between these hours, Monday through Friday.

Job Description:

  • Provide call center customer service
  • Handle all inbound calls
  • Speak to members and answer questions regarding claims and benefits
  • Take payments over the phone


  • High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Medical, claims and billing experience is preferred
  • Must be service oriented with strong customer focus
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - able to use proper grammer, professional language and be able to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Must have strong problem solving skills
  • Working Knowledge of customer service methods and practices
  • Must  have basic understanding of medical terminology and working knowledge of retiree health care products, Medicare products and CMS guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
