Full Job Description

Brand Marketing Representative

Constantia Marketing is looking for an energetic, self-starter to support our growing company. If you thrive in a fast-paced, interactive environment and possess the ability to solve problems with a hands-on approach, Constantia Marketing is the place for you!

You will be assisting with marketing initiatives by driving consumer engagement through our unique campaigns. As a brand marketing representative, you must be alert to changes within the industry while being adaptable in order to succeed. You will engage directly with our consumers in order to provide the highest quality service and promote engagement with our campaigns. 

What you'll do:

You'll achieve our number one goal of driving consumer engagement by:

  • Working with the biggest brands and retailers

  • Establishing and maintaining a consumer facing campaigns to drive engagement

  • Collaborating with our managers to better engage consumers

  • Confidence with strong business acumen

  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong sense of integrity, empathy, and compassion

  • Natural ability to connect with people and build relationships
