As a Customer Service Representative for Audacious, you’ll be working face-to-face with customers, and it’s your job to convince t hem of the importance of giving to charity. If your customer-focused, friendly, and want to be able to make a difference, read on to see if you’ve got what it takes.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be expected to do the following:
Discuss marketing and sales strategies with clients.
Attend regular meetings with your sales/fundraising team.
Keep on top of current marketing trends.
Research and be knowledgeable about the charity that you fundraise for.
Help to build and expand a customer base for clients.
As we’ll provide on-the-job training, all we require is a high school diploma.
It’s not essential, but we’d love anybody who’s got a college degree or equivalent in one of the following to apply:
Sales and Marketing
Personal Skills and Experience:
No experience is necessary – but if you have any sales, marketing, customer service, or charity work experience, we’re happy to hear about it.
Great communication skills are essential – the job involves having conversations with a variety of different people.
We’re looking for people that are great team players, but independent enough to work alone when needed.
A passion for charity and helping others is desirable.
Exceptional listening skills are a MUST – the key to closing a deal is by listening to what the customer wants.
