Provides administrative and clerical duties for plant operations group. Uses automated office equipment such as a computer to compose and organize request forms, production paperwork, and other onboarding/training materials. Maintains files in BOX and share drives. Screens calls and takes messages. May prepare reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet and graphic software. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures. Assists in establishing office policies and procedures and coordinates special projects and department activities. Proficient understanding of the general aspects of the job (i.e. familiarity with terminology and standard procedures). Follows defined procedures. Proposes and implements solutions to routine problems with direction from supervisor. Refers atypical problems to others. Maintains confidentiality. Recommends actions to improve efficiency. Performs duties within prescribed timeframes. Errors can be easily and quickly detected within the immediate work unit. Contributions limited to task-related activities. Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit. May have contact with external sources.
Education: 2 year degree preferred, but not required
Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Box, Sharepoint
3+ years' experience in Administrative or Customer Service position
