Job Description

 

Inside Sales/Account Rep.

Summary:

Selling electronic industrial components through proactive account development, relationship building, prospecting, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains customer base through needs based selling and prospecting. Delivery of outstanding customer service through customer centered sales. Other sales related duties may be assigned.

Skills:
Successful at prospecting for new opportunities through heavy outgoing calls. Excellent verbal communications with strong phone skills and ability to be persuasive and able to grow account base. Must be computer literate with MS Office products. Ability to resolve problems and find creative solutions to customer requests. Strong math skills including percentages, and Strong Customer Service Skills required. 


Job Requirements

 

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor degree with 1 year inside sales/prospecting experience or combination of High School and 1 to 3 years inside sales/prospecting experience. Selling experience into electronic, electrical or industrial business to business markets is preferred.
