Senior Process Engineer
SUMMARY: The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for plant optimization and advanced troubleshooting to enable consistent production to meet customer demand. The engineer works as a member of the operate plant team ensuring excellence in EH&S, quality and reliability. This position supports various unit operations - both liquid and dry forms.
DUTIES:
Actively participate in facility EH&S excellence initiatives
Support facility drive to a Reliability Centered Culture by identifying & implementing opportunities to eliminated unplanned events
Monitor plant performance and proactively respond to deviations
Gather and analyze data to ensure production meets business plan
Support improvements in operability, process control, operating discipline, and equipment optimization. May execute improvement projects.
Monitor and define opportunities for Asset Utilization improvements
Lead RCI’s for Unplanned Events, Root Cause analysis, and Corrective Actions
Work with Supply Chain on production planning to meet customer needs
Actively participate on operations teams
Support compliance with quality certifications (ISO, etc)
Manage capital projects
