We are seeking a Senior Property Manager with multi-site commercial real estate experience and the ability to manage and direct a growing portfolio of commercial properties.

In this position, you will provide direction and leadership to the Property Management team as well as to oversee a significant portfolio and to serve as an ambassador for a third-party relationship.
You must have strong experience with the following:
Direct, coordinate, and exercise operational responsibility for property management
Provide overall property management leadership through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow and property management strategy
Providing direction and leadership to the Property Management team, promoting reasonable career paths associated with property management professionals
Proactive budget tracking and variance management ensuring smooth recovery process
Oversight of A/P and A/R for multiple properties with single purpose entities
Monitoring cash flow and cash requirements to ensure efficient use of cash
Oversight of report preparation
Inspecting properties and ensuring compliance (code, lease, building rules, etc.)
5+ years of multi-site commercial property management experience
Strong financial acumen, teamwork orientation, problem-solving, customer focus, leadership and time management skills
An expert in Excel
Superb communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to effectively lead a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
You “can do,” whether it’s managing complex lease and accounting processes or overseeing compliance
You are highly accurate and detail oriented
You have a personable and professional demeanor; you like being a team leader, working with clients, and interacting with a diverse blend of personalities.
