Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will be the individual contributor responsible for communicating, closing and tracking customer license usage reporting requirements for North America.  Candidates must be self-motivated, have exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • Fulfill large number of annual self-certification and compliance requests for ISV and Enterprise customers, with diligent follow up and accurate progress measurement
  • Detailed review and understanding of Software Licensing Agreements and End User License Agreements
  • Will involve heavy customer contact and the ability to understand and relay complex licensing terms and requirements
  • Provide leads to the Sales Account Managers and assist in collecting additional monies from customers for any usage overages
  • Work with Order Management, Account Management, Renewals, Product Management and Contracts to protect process integrity and reduce revenue risk
  • Prepare multiple CRM driven reports to measure and track key performance metrics

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Process-oriented with very strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills; highly persuasive and able to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to demonstrate solid judgment in data analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills with follow-up via phone or email
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Excel and previous experience with CRM systems
  • Superior written communications
  • Adaptability to changing environment and eagerness to learn
  • Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines; able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
