Tishma Technologies is a manufacturing company specializing in the design and build of state-of-the-art packaging equipment for the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our diverse, multi-cultural, and highly skilled team of professionals.

The primary role for this position includes pitching in and being a team player in a growing company.

Tishma Technologies is a manufacturing company specializing in the design and build of state-of-the-art packaging equipment for the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our diverse, multi-cultural, and highly skilled team of professionals.

The primary role for this position includes pitching in and being a team player in a growing company.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Service Manager with booking travel for service personnel
  • Assist the After Market Specialist in entering spare parts orders in Global Shop
  • Cover for Receptionist (answer and transfer calls and greet visitors) when necessary
  • Maintain accurate database information in Global Shop and ZenDesk
  • Maintain accurate files of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Quotes on server and print and distribute hard copies to various departments

Experience & Qualifications/Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in either an Administrative or Customer Service position
  • Fluency in English; both spoken and written
  • Proficiency using Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

·         Able to type 50 + words per minute

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact, communicate and coordinate with office staff and customers
  • Well-organized, with very strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and work collaboratively in a creative, dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Ability to multi task and help out when needed
  • Able to work flexible hours during peak times, including evening and weekend hours

Requirements

·         Utilize effective time management, and set priorities

·         Operate an office phone, using all features and functions

·         Able to spend several hours seated at a desk and use a computer to send and receive emails,  create documents and retrieve files from the server

·         Able to print documents and retrieve them from the common printers throughout the building

·         Able to stand and bend for extended periods and open and close file cabinet drawers

·         Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time on cement floors in safety restricted areas
