Job Description

Employee Services Coordinator - (Payroll/HR)

Lakeland Hills Center 

Lakeland, Florida

We currently looking for a customer service-oriented Employee Services Coordinator. The Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) is a key and visible position within the administration staff of the skilled nursing facility and will have direct contact with all facility-based employees in regards to payroll administration and benefits coordination.  The ESC is responsible for the timely and accurate input of information, as it pertains to payroll and benefits, into the operating system of the nursing facility and facilitates the interface between the facility and the third-party payroll administrator.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have, though not limited to, the following qualifications, attributes, and experience:

  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with all facility employees
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate the interaction between the  facility and the third-party payroll processor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred, specifically in the areas of benefit administration, with an understanding of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc)
  • Prior payroll processing experience required (experience limited to data input will be sufficient)
