Job Requirements

  In the Kitchen Manager role, you must be able to create a friendly and fun work environment for all to enjoy. We are seeking a strong leader who is able to set an excellent example while working alongside team members. Qualified candidates should have strong marketing skills and the know-how to increase daily sales volumes. 
  
Other requirements of the Kitchen Manager role include:
  • At least 2 year of Restaurant Management experience 
  • Have strong Profit & Loss Management experience 
  • Ability to regularly work an energetic 50 hour work-week 
  • Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, as needed 
  • Must meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks 
  • Valid driver's license

Job Responsibilities
  
As a Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and leading a great customer restaurant experience. Leading by example, you will regularly work alongside your restaurant team members in all work stations. 
  
Other responsibilities include:
  • Practicing safety as priority #1 for your restaurant team and customers 
  • Maintaining a high ratio of return customers through great service 
  • Helping lead a team atmosphere that promotes TA as an “Employer of Choice" 
  • Coaching and developing restaurant employees to build a strong cohesive team 
  • Assisting in achieving the financial targets with integrity utilizing TA guidelines
