The staffing specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization as well as the actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting operation. In addition to being involved in the finding and screening of candidates, also developing the corporate policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment, interviewing processes and compliance.
Managing a high call volume to reach qualified candidates.
Pre-screening on the phone and conducting interviews.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and assessment.
Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
Prior professional experience working in an environment with a high volume of client or customer interaction.
Strong writing skills are required.
Knowledge regarding employment law is preferred, but not required. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
