-Be able to repair basic home equipment, plumbing issues, and electrical issues. -Perform routine preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment, building systems, and property. -Maintain accurate documentation as required. -Paint and repair windows, doors, floor, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures. -Be able to properly install all new equipment necessary. -Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliance, blinds, and locks. -When needed perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing and building shelves.
-Occasionally perform custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in common areas or in preparing properties for new tenants. -Pick up trash in common areas of the buildings and on the grounds of the property as needed.
