The SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT will:
Provide day-to-day project and construction management direction
Motivate workers and ensure they are performing as required
Attend pre-construction, progress, and project meetings
Understand and implement design drawings
Maintain project safety, cleanliness and appearance at all times
Implement and monitor safety procedures following OSHA guidelines
Evaluate and the work of other sub-consultants and contractors
Manage the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Work directly with Owner/Stakeholders to insure project objectives are met.
The SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT will have:
10 - 20 years’ of construction experience
Good track record working with Project Managers and Management personnel
A current OSHA 30 Certificate
A strong background knowledge of construction disciplines.
Excellent working relationships with subcontractors, code inspectors and clients
