Customer Service Representative

Conduent Lexington, KY Part-Time

Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Training Hours: 8:30am-5pm for 8 weeks, must maintain perfect attendance during training. 

- Work schedule will be assigned after training. 

- Hours of availability: 8am-6pm M-F .
