We seek driven, motivated, outgoing sales and recruiting professionals who are interested in making an impact in the healthcare field. Your primary responsibilities will focus on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice professionals, and other clinical roles.

To qualify, you must have at least one (1) year of solid agency recruiting or sales experience. We are looking for the best of the best! On an average day, you will be responsible for making 80+ calls a day to potential candidates. This position requires some weekend work to meet quotas.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, cold-calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates and stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
- Supporting hiring managers and candidates
- Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
- Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
- Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
