Job Description

We are a light industrial staffing company and growing at great speed.  We have been in business for over 28 years and are looking for a strong, self- motivated, high-energy closer to manage our Lorton, VA Branch office. Automation ranks #17 as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S.  Automation was recognized as Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction 2016 through 2019 and Best in Talent Satisfaction 2019 and received Safety Standard of Excellence Award.  

  • Our Branch Managers sell.
  • Must establish partnership style relationships with existing customers
  • You will be out in the business community selling and managing the in-house staff.

You must have a successful background in sales, must negotiate, must be a closer, have the ability to communicate, and solve problems.  This is a fast paced environment with long hours.

Compensation:

  • Great Pay - $DOE + Commission
  • Lucrative commission structure
