Office Assistant I Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full Time; 8am – 5pm

$14-16 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Answering telephone, screen calls, taking and relaying messages
  • Greet persons entering building and directing them to correct destination
  • Handle all conference room set-up and scheduling
  • Ensuring that office is equipped with required office supplies and ordering supplies as needed
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing and mailing
  • File documents in alphabetical or numerical order
  • Maintain file room in an orderly manner
  • Creating, updating, maintaining various files and reports on computer
  • Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Stamp outgoing mail with postage meter and prepare labels for UPS packages
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support

Required Experience:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
