Job Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Lead Reliability Engineer or Senior Reliability Engineer

Products Include: Drug products fill, finish, inspection freeze dryers, API and Chemical Plants. 


Working on vaccine equipment. FME dive in anticipate equipment failures, risk assessment, mitigation, preventative maintenance plan, capital plan to make new & better. Mixture of longer range projects

 

·        The Reliability Engineer is responsible for providing the technical program leadership and implementation activities to maximize the maintenance related uptime and operating efficiencies of equipment and facility assets. These activities help minimize life cycle costs and contribute to the profitability and performance of the business.

·        Provides technical assistance to maintenance engineers, technicians and production operations with respect to Reliability Engineering in the Mechanical Integrity team.

·        Promotes the use of Reliability Engineering concepts and tools to the Engineering and Operations departments.

·        Provides maintenance/engineering leadership related to reliability engineering programs in support of preventive maintenance, maintenance strategy and continuous improvement, capital project design selection, equipment standards, equipment operations and change control.

 

Qualifications:

·        Five plus(+) years related maintenance reliability engineering experience, project engineering and/or training associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems. (Position Title & Grade dependent upon relevant qualifications & experience)

·        Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field required.

·        CMRP and/or CRE certification desired

·        Experience and understanding of industry, equipment and technology principles, theories and practices. Knowledge and experience with leadership principles and continuous improvement change implementation.

Client had already told us they are happy to entertain cross-industry reliablity engineering professionals and though they prefer those with Pharmaceutical industry experience, candidates can come from Medical Device, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical/ Specialty Chemical, Nuclear, Consumer Goods, Indusrial Automation, etc.
