Title: Produce Manager
Location: Goodlettsville, TN 37072
*Remote until the company returns to office – equipment is provided while remote
Contract Type: Ongoing contract
Salary: $25/hour+, based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
- Must have a basic knowledge of produce in a Retail setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of produce experience and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- High school diploma.
- Experience with running reports, updating Excel reports, and price changes in system for retail grocery stores.
Responsibilities:
- New Store Responsibility
- Manage the new store Pipeline and communications needed to the respective DMs/RDs
- Reaching out to all wholesalers to obtain delivery days and login credentials
- Used the 6-week report to monitor any changes to dating of these locations
- Add new stores to the correct Pricing zones when they onboard
- Price Changes
- Monitor Discrepancies/Price Changes from DSD Analyst
- Manage retail pricing and cost pricing daily for Produce price Zones
- Reporting – Build and Distribute Reports
- Weekly Chicken/Produce Unit Reports
- Weekly DGPP_DGPM KPI Wednesday Report
- Update the “produce deliveries” page on the “I” drive
- Maintain the main produce store master with the DMs/contact information
- Reporting on sales and damages by region
- Reporting one off needs for the department
- Send produce stores to Austin Britt before they onboard to attached to the correct POGs
- Item Maintenance
- New Item Setup and SKU Maintenance
- Maintain and Create
- Produce Planograms DGTP Stores, Set up and Maintenance
- Manage Programs
- Seasonal Pumpkins/Watermelons Program through Spartan Nash
- Store Operational Help
- Store Help on all issues, online ordering troubleshooting and initial set up issues
