Our client prefers a Hospitality graduate with high-volume experience in luxury full-service hotel food & beverage, fine-dining restaurants, or upscale country club with ala carte dining and banquet facilities. The F&B Manager also manages a team of hourly servers & bartenders. Other responsibilities include P&L management, scheduling, procurement, and developing a team to deliver world-class guest service.
Ideal Food & Beverage Manager candidates will have:
F&B leadership experience in a fine-dining restaurant, luxury hotel property, or country club
Experience in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling
