One of Johnson County's top employers is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to add to its growing team. The Customer Service Manager will assist in staffing and training all Customer Service staff, provide developmental leadership, and facilitate the order fulfillment process in a manner that builds and maintains effective relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in non-retail customer service, as well as 3 years of experience in a supervisor role.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing developmental leadership to the Customer Service team daily to enhance overall performance.
Ensuring that standard operating procedures and established company guidelines are being followed consistently within the customer service function.
Serving as interdepartmental liaison between customer service, warehouse, deliver, sales and purchasing in order to resolve customer related issues while enhancing organizational efficiency.
Developing and refining Customer Service policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements for the Customer Service Manager:
At least 5 years of experience in Non-Retail Customer Service
3 years of experience in a supervisor role
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office 365 strongly preferred
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to lead team and improve processes
