Title -Customer Service Representative I (home based)
Location- 100% remote

Duration- 6 months (possibility of extension)
Must have - prior WFH experience


Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities include determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Typically has a High School diploma and customer service or call center experience. Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education/Experience
o High School Diploma or GED (Typically required)
o Entry level – 2 years customer service related experience required

Responsibility level
o Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)
o Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software (Typically required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
o Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
o Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken


Internet Requirement:
· ISP must be highly stable with no packet loss and latency over 100ms
· DSL or Broadband Required –WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT allowed
· Home Router with wired link to PC
· Internet may not be used for non-work related purposes during working hours; including media streaming, ripping, gaming, or other web usage by other members of household that may negatively impact your networks performance.


Other:
· Background check/drug screen required
· All computer equipment and a $60/per month internet reimbursement provided
