We are Looking for Customer Service Representative- Technical
Location is Austin TX 78729
Duties:
Performs “blackout services” for streaming/video items that need to be “disabled” within certain delivery areas.
Perform activities “Disables” and “enable” viewing within certain areas as defined by the streaming media processes and viewing restrictions.
Perform “disabled” activities and “enable” viewing once certain “restricted” activity is completed.
• Ready to work over a weekend they will get off over weekdays.
• Shift time 12 PM To 9 PM and 3 PM to 12 AM.
Previously worked in TV/ Video streaming/Cable background or companies preferred.
