Job Description

We have a current opening for a Business Development Associate  with a stable and rapidly growing company in Acton. This company is a nationally recognized industry leader with a highly professional and dedicated team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and send quotations to potential clients.
  • Review incoming RFQ information and follow up with customers to obtain additional technical information where required. 
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with follow up on quotes. 
  • Support internet-based marketing initiatives, blogs, etc. by proofing material & providing required information.
  • Participate in Growth Meetings to support the needs of the sales team.

Job Requirements


  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to prioritize work-flow in regards to opening/responding to/typing/formatting and sending of RFQ’s and Quotations
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have the flexibility to change priorities, and multi-task
  • Must be well-versed in Microsoft Word & Outlook.  PowerPoint & Excel a plus.
  • Ability to Utilize Outlook Tasks and Calendar
