Job Description

Assists in coordinating all personnel-related matters concerning the Agency’s employees. Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate. Position responsibilities include initiation of employees into HR database, submission and follow-up on Workers Compensation Claims, establishing and revisions to garnishments, ACA knowledge, completing employee transfers and terminations, COBRA administration, experience in an electronic documentation environment (scanning/indexing) provides follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure compliance, assists in maintaining Agency HR Policies, payroll database maintenance, assists employees with various HR related requests. Conducts audits to ensure overall department compliance and accuracy.

This position is Full Time; Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with at least 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Candidate must also possess mathematical aptitude and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
