This position is a multi-functional and execution focused position for someone who excels in working with a wide variety of personnel internally and externally. Constant learning and adapting is a must.
We are looking for someone who likes to take on challenges and help work to coordinate on special projects and assignments across all divisions and companies. Deep experience in all fields are not needed but the ability to plan, follow-through, and communicate are requirements for this position.
You’ll be exposed to and work with internal and external partners within the field of IT, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate Strategy. Hands-on work while coordinating with various groups of management will be part of the day to day work while working to stay on task, on budget, and on time.
The Project Management Coordinator
Has strong detail focused and organizational skills
Clear communicator by phone, in person, and through email
Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions
Able to confront conflict and come up with best resolutions
Manages and prioritizes time efficiently
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The Work Is
Communicating with coworkers and external partners/vendors
Keeping track of changes in the long- and short-term goals for projects
Finding new ways to reduce expenses or increase efficiencies
Learning about every aspect of each project they work on
Managing the calendars for projects and milestones
Making sure that employees attend relevant meetings and meet their deadlines
Preparing assignments for individuals or project teams
Coordinating equipment use, activities, information and resources
Keeping track of budgeting details
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of Project Management skills preferred but not required.
Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or Entry levels as well
