The Project Manager will help lead the transition of the business through value stream mapping, strategy deployment, kaizen events, operations excellence and other tools to ensure our business operates as a lean enterprise.

  • Manage significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and establishment of control procedures)

  • Lead ad hoc cross-functional teams with representation from areas such as Marketing, Risk Management, Operations, Sales, etc

  • Set clear direction on priorities and timelines

  • Facilitate issue resolution

  • Manage plans, dashboards and standard reporting

  • Lead from the front, balancing delegation with doing

  • Responsible for standardization and automation of applicable processes as it relates to the overall mission

  • Help the overall program by managing project plans, cross-functional stakeholders, and deliverables

  • Track queries, issues, requests, and actions from multiple teams

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Six years of experience working in a Project Manager capacity preferably in supporting process improvement projects, using best practices and project management methodologies

  • PMP Certification required

  • Lean Black Belt certification preferred

  • Must have deep knowledge of Lean Process Improvement as it applies to operational efficiencies and have the keen ability to understand projects nuances

  • Strong, applicable knowledge of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma tools and methods, Business Process Management, IT, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to ensure operational effectiveness and ROI of project plans

  • Ability to rapidly master multiple business models across a dispersed geographical area

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills

  • Exceptional skills and experience in end-to-end process analysis, design and improvement to rapidly deliver major, results oriented business outcomes

  • Top-notch PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word SharePoint, Project and SQL

  • Demonstrated experience with MS Project Schedule and project control gates

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Administration

  • Solid Smart Sheet experience required

  • Experience working on large offerings development projects that involve changes to operational processes and technology

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills

  • Ability to support multiple efforts concurrently and build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Strong negotiation skills to drive consensus

  • Superior proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise terms both orally and in writing

  • Adept at switching seamlessly between tactical issues and end-to-end process performance.

  • Business process modeling experience

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.


May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
