Job Title: Customer Service Rep Call Center

Job Location: LAS VEGAS, Nevada. 89109

Job Estimated Duration: 4 Months Contract.

Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Compiles payroll data, entry of data, and reconciliation of errors and prepares payroll reporting data for the Payroll Analysts Team to maintain payroll records.

 

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES (PLEASE LIST POSITION TITLES): none

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.Ongoing and energetic personality to handle employee payroll inquires.

2.Must speak with the utmost phone etiquette.

3.Researches required employee information using available resources.

4.Handles and resolve employee payroll grievances.

5.Ability to identify and escalate priority issues.

6.Provides internal customer service by obtaining employee information and guiding towards a resolution.

7.Must have the ability to multi-task.

8.Ability to recognize when follow-up is required with internal customer.

9.Contact business or private individuals by phone.

10.Must have strong listening skills.

11.May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks.

12.Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum two years of phone or customer service preferred.
  • Payroll experience preferred.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of computer software; MS Excel, Access, and Project, Infinium.
  • Attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attitude.
