  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to explain competitive advantage, product features, special campaigns, and solicit return business.
  • Present price quotes originating from management
  • Consult with clients after sale or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Arrange and direct delivery of products and ancillary items
  • Monitor product innovations and competitors’ products, prices, and sales
  • Attend on-going product and certification skills training
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving record required
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
