ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses
Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
Contact regular and prospective customers to explain competitive advantage, product features, special campaigns, and solicit return business.
Present price quotes originating from management
Consult with clients after sale or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
Arrange and direct delivery of products and ancillary items
Monitor product innovations and competitors’ products, prices, and sales
Attend on-going product and certification skills training
Other duties as assigned
